Rates for Studio Apartment, Business Suite and 1 bedroom Apartment are for 2 persons.
Rates for 2, 3, & 4 bedroom apartments are for 4 persons.
Additional persons are charged at the rate of $25 each per day each.
. Prices include GST and on site parking
· Special Events times may incur a surcharge and minimum stay requirements
· Generally a minimum stay of 3 nights applies - shorter times by negotiation and subject to availability
· Absolutely No Parties allowed
· Responsibility for additional charges and all damage applies
· These properties are immaculate and the expectation is that they will remain so during your stay.
Additional cleaning and loss of business charges will be applied where appropriate
. Bookings are deemed absolute and refunds will only apply on re-letting. Otherwise, no refund on cancellations.
. All suites and apartments are STRICTLY NON SMOKING. Costs for additional cleaning, dry cleaning and loss of business due to smoking inside will be applied. Please do not book with us if you intend to smoke inside these suites or apartments.
